PaymentPass supports a variety of optional services that can be added to the Core and Full Package gateway platforms:

PaymentPass can host your payment gateway for you in-house at our state-of-the-art data center locations. Our data centers feature 24-hour on-site officers, mantraps, biometric scanners, multiple key card access points, 24-hour data center and systems monitoring via manned operations support center, CCTV with video archiving, and data center access logs.

Our data centers are some of the most efficient in the world, featuring innovative infrastructure such as 97%-efficient UPS units, air and water-side economization, and variable frequency driven cooling units (VFDs). We have 99.999% uptime levels, delivering the reliability our elite customers demand. Our data centers feature SAS 70 Type II certification.

This will expedite your payment gateway setup time and improve reliability.

Not only do we provide the hardware and software solutions for your new state-of-the-art payment gateway, we also provide training and consultation services. We provide on-site or remote training on how to use, configure, and maintain your payment gateway.

PaymentPass can provide a white-labelled 24/7 Customer Support Service for merchants and/or endusers as an additional service to the PaymentPass gateway operator. The Customer Support Service works in combination with the optional Customer Support module that is required to be part of the PaymentPass gateway.

Our Merchant Boarding service is available as an optional service to operators, whereby PaymentPass will manage the setup process of the merchants onto the PaymentPass platform on behalf of the operator.

Our Approval, Compliance and KYC service is available as an optional service, whereby PaymentPass will manage the approval and compliance process of the merchants.

By using PaymentPass’ Fraud Screening service, the operator will receive daily review of all transactions combined with existing fraud modules. The Fraud Screening Service requires the usage of our Fraud Screening Module.
